At times, you can enter the IP address 192.168.0.1 into the URL bar of your web browser. However, your browser might not display the management page. Change your browser or computer
At times, your browser or computer is the underlying issue. If these stop working in a smooth manner, there is a failure in web pages opening up even when the network is proper. You can always use some other browser, such as:

Reset your router
